How Does a Process server serve an Evasive Document

So what exactly is an evasive document?

When you have a summons and the defendant that is being served does not open the door, never home, has a gatekeeper at work or a variety of other situations.

So what is a process server to do? - Cry and Bundle up in a corner? NOT US!

Over the years we have developed a suite of deception tactics to lure our cast of evasive winners. Today we will share one of these tactics with you.

Special Delivery:  So everyone loves getting flowers, even evasive defendants. They mystery of who sent them, why they we're sent, and maybe even what kind of flowers? First we call the unknowingly sucker and let him/her know that are very lucky and obviously special to someone because they have been sent a boatload of beautiful flowers. But unfortunately the delivery has not succeeded previously and we would like to schedule proper delivery. After we schedule, our process server visits the location at the pre-determined time and provides the evasive defendant with a boatload of documents and some colorful flower stickers pasted on top. So we didn't lie, we're honest here at Roland Process Service & Investigations.

If we come after you, don't get suckered into the flower bait. Beware.

We call this The Flower Trap
